• Usage data: Support messages submitted for AI drafting, generated drafts, tickets sent
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, usage logs

How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Alfred AI service
• To generate AI reply drafts for your team
• To process billing and send service notifications
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your customer message data to train our AI models

Sub-processors

We use the following third-party services to operate Alfred AI:

• Anthropic — AI model API (message processing)
• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure
• Resend — Email delivery

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law.

GDPR

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) to understand how the service is used. No advertising cookies are used.
