These Terms of Service govern your use of Alfred AI, operated by AGB Holding AB, a company registered in Sweden.

1. Service description

Alfred AI provides AI-assisted customer support drafting tools. The service drafts reply suggestions for human review — your team remains responsible for all communications sent to your customers.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security. One account per person or organization.

3. Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds except where required by law

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Alfred AI to send spam, harass individuals, violate laws, or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-generated content

AI drafts are suggestions only. AGB Holding AB accepts no liability for the content of drafts generated by the AI, or for any communication sent by your team using the service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all outgoing communications.

6. Data ownership

You own your data. We do not claim any rights over customer messages or content you process through Alfred AI. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions. We will notify users of planned maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

AGB Holding AB's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
